This Privacy Policy describes how WhiteTiggle ('we', 'us') collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the website at whitetiggle.com and the Telegram bot @WhiteTiggle_bot.
Data we collect
We collect: (1) your email address (for sign-in and receipts), (2) your Telegram chat ID or WhatsApp number once you connect a delivery channel (to deliver lessons), (3) your learning settings (language, level, delivery time), and (4) anonymous usage analytics to improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Payments
Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh). We do not see or store your card details. Polar's privacy policy governs payment data.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a theme cookie to remember dark/light mode. No tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@whitetiggle.com. We respond within 7 days.
